Red Sky is committed to providing products and services that will exceed expectations. If you are not completely satisfied, you can receive a refund of the plan cost from Holiday Real Estate. Requests must be submitted to Holiday Real Estate in writing within the first to occur of the following: (a) 14 days from the Effective Date of Your coverage; or (b) Your Scheduled Departure Date.

**Important Note about Pre-Existing Medical Conditions**
Insurance may be purchased from Holiday Real Estate up to 45 days prior to your check-in date or before your final balance payment (whichever is sooner). To qualify for additional benefits, like the pre-existing medical condition exclusion waiver, you must purchase travel insurance within 21 days of paying your initial deposit.
