In the accordance with the executive order issued by the Governor of Maryland on March 23rd 2020 we will be closing as of 5PM.  We want to do our part to slow the spread of the Coronavirus, so we have made the very difficult decision to remain closed for two weeks.  During this time, we will be monitoring our incoming emails and responding to only the inquires needing immediate service.

For our long term tenants that need to pay rent, please mail the payment to 7700 Coastal Highway, Ocean City, MD 21842. Payment may be via check, money order or cashier's check. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY CASH PAYMENTS at this time. We will be offering a penalty free seven day grace period from your normal due date to accommodate mailing time.

Maintenance operations will be limited during this time.  If you have a true emergency that does NOT require police, fire or EMS, please contact our emergency line at 410-524-7751.  Our answering service will take your information and inform the agent on call. Please note: appliance repairs will not be available during this time.

Due to the emergency closure our accounting department will be unable to process a cancellation for weekly/daily rentals until we reopen. Should you wish to cancel a reservation send an email to holiday@holidayoc.com with the name of the agreement holder, the reservation dates, the property name, the agreement holder mailing address, and the best contact phone number. We will note this on your account and begin work on processing any cancellation requests when we reopen.

Upon reopening, we will be working diligently to get back to everyone in a timely manner. Please bear with us as this may take some time.
