Diamond Beach 317 was completely remodeled and updated featuring Italian tile, upgraded carpet, granite countertops and stainless kitchen appliances. Both bathrooms have granite tops, solid wood vanities, elongated toilets, new faucets, vanity lighting and lighted bath fans. All electrical outlets and switches have been updated and the entire unit was freshly painted including baseboards and crown molding. Hunter Douglas accordion blinds have been installed throughout. New bedding has been provided in all bedrooms featuring a Tempurpedic Cloud mattress in the primary bedroom. Ceiling fans have been provided in both bedrooms and in the main living area for additional comfort. A new modular queen sleep sofa, love seat, swivel chair and Smart HDTV with soundbar have been added to the living room. The dining area includes swivel bar chairs and upholstered dining room chairs. Your rental includes two lighted parking spaces, and as a courtesy, the property owner provides beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys for guest use. Diamond Beach is located directly across the street from the Ocean City Convention Center, and offers gorgeous ocean and bay views. Conveniently located close to many attractions, restaurants, amusement parks and just a short bike ride to the world-famous Ocean City Boardwalk.
