The unit features a fully equipped kitchen, central air, multiple TV's, free wireless internet, full size washer and dryer, and much more. You will enjoy the cool bay breezes on the multiple balconies. This unit is NON-SMOKING. This beautiful townhome has two large family rooms and extra space in the den. The location is steps to the community pool, private beach, bay, and dining and bar area that are on the island. Don't forget your stand up paddle boards, kayaks and bikes to enjoy all that Sunset Island has to offer. Guests are required to register for facility & parking passes. In season registration for 2023 is $200 by credit card and can be done in advance or upon arrival. Sunset Island will provide six facility passes for the pool and clubhouse per rental week. The passes may be collected after payment of a fee at the community office. Additional one week passes may be purchased for $70 per pass per week. Daily passes are no longer available. Three car off-street parking is available. No additional parking is available within the community. Contact the office for details.
