  • A refundable security deposit equivalent to one month's rent and a $50.00 non-refundable key fee due at check-in.
  • Rental term is a minimum of 4 months & one day.
  • Tenant(s) are responsible for gas and electric utilities, if applicable, and must provide Holiday with verification of transfer prior to occupying the premises.
  • Units will not be taken off the market without full down payment, approved credit reports and applications, and a lease signed by ALL tenants and Holiday Real Estate, Inc.
  • No property will be rented "sight unseen". All properties must be previewed prior to submitting an application.
  • All properties include water and sewer service, where available, unless otherwise indicated.
  • Holiday Real Estate, Inc. is Agent for the landlord. We have a fiduciary obligation to secure the best tenant available for the landlord. As such, no lease is firm until all of the applications of all interested parties have been reviewed. In the event that there are more than one set of applications, the set which in Holiday's judgement is the strongest will have the highest priority.
