Multiple floor plans include one bedroom with den, two bedrooms with den, and three bedrooms, all with two fulls baths. Each unit is equipped with private laundry room, central air and spacious balcony. On-site parking is available with a non-refundable fee paid at the building. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the Sea Watch property including all common areas, in the units, and on the balconies. This is the ninth unit back from ocean on south side of building. Bedroom three is converted den. Indoor pool is closed in off season (November 1st through April 30th) with the exception of some Holiday weekends.
Registration fee due at building upon arrival. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the Sea Watch property including all common areas, in the units, and on the balconies. Violators are subject to removal with no refund.
