These spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath and 2 bedroom, 2 bath units all have a private oceanfront balcony and bayside terrace. Each unit features living room with large dining area, a kitchen with all major appliances, full size washer, dryer, and central air. Building amenities include: on-site parking, outdoor pool, sundeck and a tennis court. The building charges a non-refundable parking fee due in cash at the building. Second car parking may be available for an additional fee. Some units are NON-SMOKING. This building is very popular and located close to shopping and restaurants-if you delay your spot will be gone! COVID-19 policies as of 2020-07-31: The pool is open with restrictions. The board is taking a zero tolerance policy on this and has stated any failure to comply with the attached rules will result in the pool being immediately cleared and closed - with police assistance if necessary - until such time as the rules and enforcement mechanisms can be revisited. The board has reserved the right to rapidly adjust these rules as necessary - I will keep you as up to date as possible. Summary of the rules: The pool is open from 9am until 5pm daily. Maximum 25 guests in the pool area at any time. Reservations are required. Reservations can be made between 9am and 5pm at the security office beginning on Friday and ending on Sunday for the upcoming week. If any open slots remain they can be reserved on the day of the slot at the security office. All pool users must identify themselves by name and unit number when entering the pool area. Slots are 2 hours in length, usable time is the first 1 hour 45 minutes. The last 15 minutes is to allow people time to exit the pool, dry, collect their belongings, and exit. Available reservation slots are 9am-11am, 11am-1pm, 1pm-3pm, and 3pm-5pm. Pool users must shower before entering the pool. Social distancing must be adhered to: 6 feet of separation and no groups larger than 10. Face masks are required in all common areas of the building. $150 fine for non-compliance.
