YEARLY RENTALS

IMPORTANT NOTES:

NO PETS ALLOWED.
(NS) Denotes a non-smoking unit.
(A) Denotes the unit is occupied and requires prior notification of the tenants to be shown.
(G) Denotes Tenants must transfer gas service in their name.
(P) Denotes the owner may accept a pet with references and additional fees.
Monthly payment plan is determined upon review and acceptance of credit report and reference check.
$20.00 non-refundable application fee is required of each applicant.
$35.00 fee for returned checks. Credit Cards are not accepted as payment for year round rentals.
A refundable security deposit equivalent to 2 months rent and a $50.00 non-refundable key fee due at check-in.
Tenant(s) are responsible for gas and electric utilities, if applicable, and must provide Holiday with verification of transfer prior to occupying premises.
Units will not be taken off the market without full downpayment, approved credit reports and applications, and a lease signed by ALL tenants and Holiday Real Estate, Inc. The initial payment to remove the unit from the active market must be cash, money order or cashiers check. Subsequent payments may be personal check as long as the account remains in good standing.
Occupied units require advanced notice and an Agent to accompany to be shown. Please call the office to schedule an appointment to view an occupied unit
No property will be rented "site unseen".
All units include water and sewer service, where available, unless otherwise indicated.
*Monthly cost breakdown is supplied as a guide only. Individual monthly payments will be determined based on financial strength of the applicants. Monthly cost figure is rounded.

Holiday Real Estate, Inc. is Agent for the landlord. We have a fiduciary obligation to secure the best tentant available for the landlord. As such, no lease is firm until all of the applications of all interested parties have been reviewed. In the event that there are more than one set of applications, the set which in Holiday's judgement is the strongest will have the highest priority.
