(A) Denotes the unit is occupied. Occupied units require advanced notice and an Agent to accompany to be shown. Please call the office to schedule an appointment to view an occupied unit
Available rental dates subject to change.
$20.00 non-refundable fee is due with each application. $3,000 rental deposit is required when the lease is signed. Rental deposit is ONLY refundable if Holiday does not approve the applications. The balance of the rental rate deducting the $3,000 deposit will be divided by 2 and due 05/01/08, and 07/01/08. The refundable security deposit and a $50.00 non-refundable key fee are due at check-in.
Payments can be made in cash, certified check, or money order. Personal checks will only be accepted more than 30 days prior to the check-in date. $35.00 fee for returned checks. Credit Cards are not accepted as payment for seasonal rentals.
Rental term is a minimum of 4 months & one day
Tenant(s) are responsible for gas and electric utilities, if applicable, and must provide Holiday with verification of transfer prior to occupying the premises.
Units will not be taken off the market without full downpayment, approved credit reports and applications, and a lease signed by ALL tenants and Holiday Real Estate, Inc.

No property will be rented "site unseen".

Holiday Real Estate, Inc. is Agent for the landlord. We have a fiduciary obligation to secure the best tenant available for the landlord. As such, no lease is firm until all of the applications of all interested parties have been reviewed. In the event that there is more than one set of applications, the set which in Holiday's judgement is the strongest will have the highest priority.
