• The "Prime Time" for each season begins on the third week of June and ends on third week of August for most units. Some prices may vary between these dates, but for the most part, this is when the prices will be the highest.
  
• The weeks before and after "prime time" will gradually decrease in price.
  
• Units in the lower price ranges usually book first, so call early!
  
• If the lower priced unit in a building is booked, our rental agents can help you find a property which fits your budget through our computerized reservation system.
  
• Please call for all off season rates. Off season is considered to be any time before Memorial Day and after Labor Day.
  
• Properties are individually owned, therefore, the owners set their rates independently. Rates may change.
