RENTAL POLICIES
- A SIGNED AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED TO OCCUPY THE UNIT.
- All payments should be made to Holiday Real Estate and
should include your reservation number.
- Reservations become firm upon receipt of initial payment.
Inital payment must be made within 7 days of booking; if not, the unit
will be re-booked.
- Balance is due 30 days before check-in and will include
the balance of the weekly rate and a minimum $100 refundable security deposit.
- No reservation information will be mailed until Holiday
Real Estate receives the initial payment. When initial payment is received,
your lodging agreement will be mailed immediately.
- All cancellations and transfers are charged 5% of the
lodging rate. Any cancellation or transfer within 45 days of the check-in
date must re-book at the full rate; otherwise, the entire payment is forfeited.
- Personal checks are acceptable when received 30 days
in advance of arrival. Returned checks incur a $35 fee.
- NOTICE -- Holiday Real Estate, Inc., makes a reasonable
effort to match the needs and wishes of each guest with the available accomodation.
However, in some instances an accomodation may not meet the guest's expectations.
Guests making reservations of a property sight unseen must assume a reasonable
degree of risk in terms of expectation and satisfaction with the accomodation.
- Please note that electro-mechanical devices are subject
to malfunction without warning. These devices are not guaranteed; however,
reasonable action will be taken to correct a malfunction or failure.
RENTAL INFORMATION
- Holiday Real Estate is open 7 days a week with evening
hours Monday through Thursday.
- Weekly units rent Saturday to Saturday and Sunday to Sunday. Mini Week Units rent for full weeks Friday to Friday and Mini Weeks from Friday to Monday and Monday to Friday. Weekly and Mini Week units may be seen unoccupied.
- ALL PROPERTIES ARE INDIVIDUALLY OWNED -- THEREFORE, RATES
MAY VARY.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
TIMES
- Check-in time is 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Holiday Real Estate's office on 77th Street.
- On-site check-in may be available at Harbour Island and
Thunder Island June through August. Check with Agent.
- Late arrivals must call our office for arrangements.
- Cleaners have until 6 p.m. to complete their units.
- Check-out time is 10 a.m. and is strictly enforced!
Keys, tags and permits must be returned to our
office by then or the security deposit will be forfeited.
- Early check-outs may drop off keys, etc., at Holiday
Real Estate through drop slot in the key box to the left of the front door.
- Special instructions may apply at Harbour Island and
Thunder Island for early check-outs. Check with Agent.
- The security deposits shall be mailed within 45 days
from check-out with a statement of charges deducted, if any.
