RENTAL INFORMATION
Important information you should know about renting from Holiday
Real Estate, Inc.
- Open seven days a week. Evening hours Monday through Thursday January to June. Internet reservations are accepted 24 hours a day. Group and pet rentals may not be made via the website.
- Weekly units rent Saturday to Saturday and Sunday to Sunday. Mini Week units rent for full weeks Friday to Friday and Monday to Monday. Mini Weeks are considered Friday to Monday and Monday to Friday. Weekly and Mini Week units may be seen when unoccupied with some restrictions.Call our office for availability to view units. Weekend and daily accommodations are available in some units. Please call in advance for more information and refer the rate information. Prices are subject to change.
- We rent to financially responsible adults. The only "group" rentals (non-financially responsible) are listed on the group rental page.
- Reservations can be made by phone and are held for seven days awaiting an initial payment when the check-in date is more than 30 days away. Rentals made within 30 days of check-in require immediate full payment and are non-refundable unless the unit is re-rented when cancelled. Reservations made via the website require immediate payment with a credit card.
- Personal checks are acceptable for phone reservations when received 30 days in advance of arrival. Returned checks incur a $35.00 fee.
- No Pets. A few select units will allow pets with a paid pet fee. Please refer to the pet rental page for a listing of pet units.
- Kitchens are equipped with tableware, dinnerware, and cookware.
- Linens, towels, blankets, soap and paper products are not furnished. Linen rentals are available-please contact the office at 800-638-2102.
- TV -- All units receive basic cable service. Most units provide a
courtesy television for your convenience. In the event of a malfunction,
Holiday Real Estate cannot guarantee repair and/or replacement. Guests
may rent or bring their own set for units which do not provide a TV.
- Phones -- You must inquire as to whether phone service is available
in your unit. If service is not available, you may contact Verizon
and make your own arrangements (800-275-2355). Phone service is not guaranteed. A calling card or credit card must be used for all long distance calls.
- Swimming Pools -- Pool operation and use is not guaranteed.
- Parking -- Parking campers, mobiles, oversized vans and boat trailers
is not permitted on condominium lots or on the streets. Some buildings
may charge an additional fee for parking or registration.
- Beach Replenishment -- The Town of Ocean City, the state of Maryland,
and the Army Corps of Engineers maintain the beach through a replenishment
program. Occasional and unexpected inconveniences may result.
- Refunds are not given for inclement weather, including hurricanes.
- Returned items require COD shipping and a minimum $50.00 handling fee.
- Holiday Real Estate, Inc., is not responsible for typographical errors
within these pages.
