area and private balcony. Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, washer, dryer, central air, and parking for 1 car (some offer an additonal parking space.) An elevator and very short walk to the beach make this building very appealing. Some units have an oceanview from their large balcony.
