UNIT 105 WAS REMODELED FOR 2008!! Enjoy a relaxing direct oceanfront view with a large balcony, two large sliders (newly replaced), and easy beach access. Both sliders are accented with shimmery brown draperies. Interior living, dining, and sleeping areas have been completely redone this spring (2008) and decorated in tones of white, blue, and brown. The HVAC system was also replaced and is much more quiet and efficient. Bathrooms will be in clean working condition and will be redone next year. Pictures are below. Here are the highlights:
- The circa 70's yellow carpeting has been replaced (thankfully) with beige porcelain tile in the hall, kitchen, dining, living areas! New wall to wall carpeting in seagrass beige has been installed in the bedrooms. New white trim, lighting, and fixtures throughout.
- The gray paneling was gleefully ripped from the studs and replaced with drywall painted in a shade of blue called rain.
- The popcorn ceilings have been sprayed a clean bright white and accented with crown molding.
- The old coppertone kitchen is a bad memory and now sports new hickory cabinets, black appliances, granite tile countertop, sink and venetian bronze fixtures.
- A custom hickory dining nook is situated between the kitchen and living areas mostly facing the ocean.
- The living area is oceanfront with balcony access. The purple asian toile sofa was laid to rest and has been replaced by a new rattan sleep sofa, swivel chair, arm chair, and matching tables. The living area has been outfitted with custom wood cabinetry and a 42 inch LCD TV with supporting electronics. A desk area offers high speed internet access.
- The master bedroom is located on the oceanfront with balcony access via a large slider. It is furnished with a new white queen size captains bed, two shabby chic nightstands, a 26 inch LCD TV and a nice sized closet. The bedding is brand new. The master shares a hall bath which has a sink, toilet, tub/shower, and stack washer/dryer.
- The second bedroom on the bayside balcony has two new white single over full bunk beds, a 23 inch LCD TV and plenty of drawers and closet space. The mattresses and bedding are brand new. The on-suite bathroom has a sink, toilet, and tub/shower.
- The balcony is furnished with four sling chairs, two pipe chairs, a small dining table, and a few occasional tables.
