The Association continues to work in collaboration with the Worcester County Health Department and the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DHMH) to address the presence of Legionella in the water. New water treatment equipment was placed in service on March 19, 2012. Since then tests conducted on March 26th 2012 and April 9th 2012 have been negative.
