Each unit has assigned parking. Parking spaces located under the condominium buildings have a height restriction. Each unit offers a direct bayfront view from the private balcony and all 4 buildings are served by an elevator. All units enjoy access to the tennis courts, outdoor swimming pool and tot lot. Remember to book early for the White Marlin Open or you will loose your spot! Wireless internet service is available with a paid fee. Some units are NON-SMOKING.
