Each Harbour Island townhouse is equipped with central air, washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, and some units have a jacuzzi tub and living room wet bar. Each townhouse has assigned parking and many have use of the garage. Townhouses located inside Harbour Island have driveway parking in front of the unit while townhouses located on 14th street will be provided spaces inside Harbour Island or may park on the street. A, B, C, and G townhouses have a great view of the marina, D-F townhouses have a view of the pool and marina and H-J townhouses have unparalleled views of the bay. Some units offer bonus rooms in the garage and many are NON-SMOKING. Wireless internet service is available with a paid fee.
