Gate house security controls access to your island paradise. The community offers a private getaway for your vacation while keeping you within walking distance of local restaurants, amusements, shopping and of course the beach across Coastal Highway. Many units are NON-SMOKING.
As of Feburary 2007 Sunset Island will provide 6 facility passes for the pool and clubhouse per rental week. The passes may be collected after payment of a fee at the community office. Additional one week passes may be purchased for $70 per pass per week. Daily passes are no longer available. Condominium units will receive 2 parking passes and Town Homes or Single Family Homes will receive 3. No additional parking is available within the community.
