Completed amenities include: private bayside beaches, outdoor pool, interactive fountain, marina, walking trails, indoor pool, and exercise room. Enjoy a relaxing and unique vacation in one of the luxurious townhomes including garage or well appointed condominium units. Choose from three to six bedrooms. Gate house security controls access to your island paradise. The community offers a private getaway for your vacation while keeping you within walking distance of local restaurants, amusements, shopping and of course the beach across Coastal Highway. Many units are NON-SMOKING.
As of Feburary 2007 Sunset Island will provide 6 facility passes for the pool and clubhouse per rental week. The passes may be collected after payment of a fee at the community office. Additional one week passes may be purchased for $70 per pass per week. Daily passes are no longer available. Condominium units will receive 2 parking passes and Town Homes or Single Family Homes will receive 3. No additional parking is available within the community.
